The club has the salmon and sea trout fishings on the River Clyde from Stonebyres Falls to the Bothwell Bridge. It offers 18 miles of river bank Salmon angling at an average of pennies per day. Trout and other freshwater fish permits are even less expensive for more miles of river. The club has brown trout, grayling and coarse fishings on the River Clyde, Mouse, Douglas Water, Duneaton Water with some exceptions. Memberships and day tickets available at very reasonable cost.
The Association enjoys a long tradition of river and fisheries management, principally on the River Clyde and a number of tributaries. A heritage passed down from generations of previous members. Their legacy is the good angling enjoyed by so many on the River Clyde today.
All funds raised through the sale of fishing permits are wisely invested on the management of UCAPA licensed waters.
