0.75 miles left bank & 2 miles right bank salmon sea trout and brown trout fishing with 14 pools on the lower River Don managed by Aberdeenshire Council. Access is readily available to visiting anglers at reasonable cost. Season tickets, roving tickets day tickets and trout tickets available.
Along its right and left bank from the northern to the southern boundary of the former burgh as indicated by markers, approx 3 kilometres on the right bank with the lower marker at the Tuach Burn and approx 1 kilometre on the left bank with the lower marker approx 180 metres upstream of Kintore Bridge.
