Worthing and District Piscatorial Society

Worthing and District Piscatorial Society,

Established in 1955 by a small group of local anglers the club offers a broad spectrum of fishing for specimen, match and pleasure anglers. Although we own and rent a limited number of waters we believe that we offer some of the best fishing in and around Sussex.

Laybrook Lakes
Three lakes for Carp to 25lbs, Tench to 8lbs, Pike to 18lbs. Perch to 4lbs, Roach to 2lbs and Bream to 7lbs

The River Arun
Is largely untapped but catches in the last two years include carp to 23 lbs, Barbel to 11 lbs, Pike to 30 lbs and the average Bream weight of over 5 lbs shows its potential.

Membership waters but, for those who wish to try the waters prior to joining the River Arun offers day tickets available from local fishing tackle shops
