The subjects are sold under
the conditions in the Title Deeds and the
whole servitudes, rights of way (if any),
water rights affecting the same, whether
shown in the Deeds or not. They will be
sold as possessed by the Seller and no other
warranty given. In particular there is a
Minute of Agreement in respect of access. |

Miscellaneous
A width of riverbank extending
to 15 feet is included with the sale together
with two small islands.
Entry will take place at
the end of the 1999 fishing season. |
